Ana is a lover of the opera and tango genres as well as any form of dramatic performance. Her mother teaches her how to sing. However, she started more intense training in vocals by Flavio Belcerra at 16 when Belcerra was an internationally acclaimed Mexican opera tenor. She continued her musical training in the School of Music of Guadalajara University, then at the School of Sacred Music, Toluca. The beginning of her professional career was spent performing with various orchestras, chamber ensembles, and opera choirs in Guadalajara. After relocating in California in United States in 2000, she joined the Fort Lauderdale Symphony Chorus before shifting to her residence in southern California. She is a frequent soloist at events, private parties and other occasions and performs classical Latin American Music. She is involved with many local initiatives and is a teacher and performer because of her enthusiasm for art and music. Ana was a former part of the Community Chorus of Redlands (as as Inland Master Chorale) and Performance Loft. Ana is grateful to the Inland Master Choir for allowing her to perform the traditional Latin American song.
